Who we are
Shoupapp is operated by LOOKUP PRICE DIGITAL YZILIM TEKNLOJI SAGLIK TURIZM REKLAM PAZARLAMA SANAYI VE TICARET SL, a company incorporated in Türkiye and registered with the Spanish tax authorities (NIF N0295527F), trading as Shoupapp. Tax address: Carrer Caravel·la La Niña 12, Planta 5, 08017 Barcelona, Spain. Information we collect
We collect information in three ways: what you give us directly, what we generate from your use of the product, and what a small number of standard web technologies pick up automatically.
- Account and billing information. When you register a company on Shoupapp we collect your name, email address, a password (stored hashed, never in plain text) and your company name. If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing is handled by Stripe; we receive your subscription status and card metadata such as the last four digits from Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number. You may optionally sign in with Google, in which case Google shares your name and email address with us — we never receive your Google password.
- Your content. The product photographs, garment images, videos and generated text you upload, create or edit inside Shoupapp. This is stored in Google Cloud Storage under your company's account and is not visible to other companies using Shoupapp.
- Support and contact messages. Anything you send through the contact form or the in-app support widget, including your name, email address and any photos you attach.
- Usage and device data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) and account activity such as which tools you use and how many credits you spend, kept for security, billing and product-improvement purposes.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site and app use a small number of cookies:
- Session cookies — required to keep you logged in. These cannot be turned off without breaking the product.
- Google Analytics (GA4) — to see which pages are used.
- Meta Pixel — to measure the performance of our own advertising.
None of these run on pages behind login except the session cookie. You can block analytics and advertising cookies in your browser without losing access to your account.
How we use your information
- To provide the service — run the image and video jobs you ask for, keep your library, meter and bill your credits.
- To communicate with you — respond to support requests, send billing receipts, and notify you about your account.
- To keep the service secure — detect abuse and enforce the anti-bot and rate-limiting checks on registration.
- To improve the product — understand which tools are used and where jobs fail.
- To market the product to prospective customers, using the analytics and advertising cookies described above.
We do not use your uploaded product photographs to train any model, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
How your content is processed
Some operations — background removal, image generation, video generation and AI-written descriptions — run on servers we do not own. When you ask for one of these, the relevant image and prompt is sent over an encrypted connection to the cloud compute or AI provider that performs that specific operation (currently Google Cloud, RunPod and Anthropic), processed, and returned to us. These providers act as our data processors under contract: they do not have standing access to your library and do not use your content beyond returning the result to Shoupapp.
Who we share information with
We share information only with:
- Stripe, Inc., to process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Google Cloud Platform, to store your uploads and processed files.
- RunPod and Anthropic, to run the specific AI operation you request.
- Google, if you choose to sign in or register with a Google account.
- Analytics and advertising partners (Google Analytics, Meta), as described under Cookies, above.
- Professional advisors, or a competent authority, if we are required to by law.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your product photographs with any other Shoupapp customer.
International transfers
Shoupapp is based in Spain. Some of the providers listed above are based in the United States. Where information leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on the provider's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard recognised under the GDPR.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and billing records for as long as your account is active, and for the period Spanish tax and accounting law requires afterwards. Uploaded and processed images are kept for as long as your account is active so you can return to them; if you close your account, we delete your content within 30 days, except where we are required to keep billing records for longer. Contact and support messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve the matter and to keep a record of the correspondence.
Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct it, if it is wrong.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Ask us to restrict or object to certain processing.
- Receive a portable copy of the data you gave us.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) across the site and the app, hashed passwords, and access controls that keep one company's data from another's. No system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we treat a data incident as something to disclose, not to hide.
Children
Shoupapp is a business tool for e-commerce and marketing teams. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when what we actually do changes, and update the date above when we do. We will not make a material change that reduces your rights without telling you.
