Who we are
Shoupapp is operated by LOOKUP PRICE DIGITAL YZILIM TEKNLOJI SAGLIK TURIZM REKLAM PAZARLAMA SANAYI VE TICARET SL, a company incorporated in Türkiye and registered with the Spanish tax authorities (NIF N0295527F), trading as Shoupapp ("we", "us"). Who can use Shoupapp
Shoupapp is sold to businesses and to professionals acting for their business — it is not a consumer product. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18, that you use Shoupapp for business purposes, and, if you register on behalf of a company, that you have the authority to accept these terms for it. The company account ("you") is responsible for everything done by the people it invites.
Your account
Keep your login details confidential and tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has access to your account. The information you give us when you register must be accurate and kept up to date.
Plans and credits
- Every tool is priced in credits. The cost of an action is shown before you start it.
- A paid plan gives you a monthly credit balance that renews with each billing period. Unused monthly credits do not carry over to the next period.
- Top-up credits are bought once and sit on top of the monthly balance; they do not expire with it.
- If a job fails on our side, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account and are not refunded when an account is closed.
- Each plan includes a library limit — how many finished files stay stored at once.
Billing and cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on the pricing page; applicable taxes (such as VAT) are calculated at checkout, and you can add your company's tax ID there.
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep your plan and remaining credits until then, and you are not charged again. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where we agree to it in writing. We may change our prices; a change applies from your next billing period and we will tell you in advance.
Your content
The photographs, videos, text and other material you upload ("your content"), and the results Shoupapp produces from them, belong to you. You give us only the permission we need to store, process and return them to you — including sending them to the processors named in our Privacy Policy to run the operation you ask for. We do not use your content to train any model.
You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload — including the rights of any person, brand or photographer shown in it — and for how you use the results.
AI-generated results
Many of Shoupapp's tools generate or change images, video and text with AI. Results can vary between runs and may contain mistakes. Check every result before you publish it, especially product details, text and claims about your product.
Acceptable use
You may not use Shoupapp to:
- upload or create content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or is sexual, hateful, violent or deceptive;
- create images or video of a real person without their permission;
- attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the limits and security of the service, or access it by automated means other than the features we provide;
- resell or give access to Shoupapp itself to third parties without our written agreement.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where possible we will tell you first and give you the chance to fix the problem.
Our service
We work to keep Shoupapp available and to improve it, and we may add, change or remove features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability: maintenance, outages at our providers and other events outside our control can affect the service. The Shoupapp software, brand and website belong to us; these terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the service.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost sales or lost data, and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
Closing your account
You can stop using Shoupapp and ask us to close your account at any time. Download anything you want to keep first: after an account is closed, its content is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Shoupapp after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
