A rule can start when a photo is uploaded, on a schedule you set (daily, weekly or monthly, at the hour you choose) or from a CSV file. Conditions let it branch — treat shoes differently from bags — and every run is logged. When a run finishes you get an email, so a problem is never discovered days later, and a step that fails returns its credits.
An automation costs exactly what the same steps cost by hand; the rule itself is free. And a rule never reprocesses its own output, so a nightly schedule works on what is genuinely new.
